My name is Kumi, and I am the representative of Japanese Tutors Melbourne.
I have a passion for teaching Japanese and sharing the beauty of the Japanese culture to anyone who wants to learn. I understand that every student learns differently, so I make it my priority to find the best way for to you learn so we can start speaking together as soon as possible!
I love playing and having fun with all my students so we can enjoy our lessons together!
I worked as a Japanese teacher for Melbourne's biggest Japanese language school for 2 years. During that time I picked up many fantastic language learning methods that help me teach my student Japanese even faster.
I started teaching Japanese professionally when I was living in Korea back in 2009. Since then, I have taught Japanese to a wide range of people from all over the world - anywhere from 3 to 75 years of age! Some students enjoy face to face private lessons while others prefer online Skype lessons. Some students even like having group lessons with friends!
